By booking an appointment, you understand that I will actively hold energetic space for you that no other client may occupy. Booking fees will be applied to the total service fee when the appointment is complete.
Courtesy reschedule: There will be no charge to reschedule an appointment prior to 24-hours of the original appointment time (limit 2 reschedule requests per appointment). Rescheduling within 24-hours of the original appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations prior to 24-hours of the original appointment time, the booking fee will be refunded minus any related charges from online payment services. Cancellations within 24-hours of the original appointment time will result in forfeiture of the Booking Fee.
No shows or clients who cancel within 24-hours of their scheduled appointment time will be required to pay the full service fee in advance in order to set any future appointment.
