By booking an appointment with me, you understand that I will actively hold energetic space for you that no other client may occupy. Booking fees will be applied to the total service fee when the appointment is complete.
In order to avoid being charged a cancellation fee, I ask that clients reschedule or cancel any appointment at least 24 hours prior to the agreed-upon appointment time. Clients who reschedule within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the Booking Fee in addition to the fee associated with the service. Furthermore, cancellations within this time frame (or a no-show) will result in forfeiture of the Booking Fee, and clients may be required to pay the full service fee in advance to book any future appointment.
Courtesy reschedule: There will be no fee charged if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled prior to the 24-hour window of the original appointment.
