About

Words don’t teach; life experience teaches.

Abraham (Esther) Hicks
Which begs the question, if words don’t teach, then why write? For that matter, why read?

A mother of three, I love the beach, reading, and gardening. I am an Emotional Acknowledger (Projector) by Human Design and have been deeply spiritual ever since I can remember (with Pluto and Uranus in the 12th, it’s no wonder). I intuitively read Tarot cards, teach pickleball, and am trained in guided meditations, past life regression hypnosis and energy healing. When I am not watching my grandchildren grow, I play in pickleball tournaments, read books about manifestation, keep this blog, watch fantasy series on Netflix, and have been known to pour fluid paint on any flat surface I can find. I hope to do more with my YouTube Channel soon, and perhaps another novel may one day make its way out of me.

Living in eight States and one foreign country taught me that wherever you go, there you are – I learned the hard way that true happiness can only be found within. A perfect day for me is one spent sitting on the beach with a glass of organic red wine and a good book. I would begin by watching the sun come up over the water and finish the evening listening to your life story, or maybe talking metaphysics while whipping up a bowl of vegetarian curry.

  1. I’m visiting from Spoken Like A True Nut. I’ve read your comments on several posts and you often make me laugh out loud. Today was one of those days and I decided I needed to visit. It’s very nice to meet you 🙂

    1. Thanks for stopping by, Joanne! Nice to meet you as well. 🙂

P.S. I am SO glad I make you laugh – laughter is good medicine, and something I cannot live without. Always a pleasure to give it away. 😀 Too bad my blog posts tend not to be as funny as my one-liner comments. Oh, well, not everyone can be a Maineiac, Covered in Beer, or a Byronic Man (my personal favorites when it comes to hilarious blogs)!

I’m clicking over from your “life in 6 songs” guest post – to which I clicked over from Chenoa’s Life Corked…just letting you know in case you like dot-to-dot puzzles. 🙂
